What is the Yoga Burn Setup?

There are a total of 9 videos all in all in the program.  This means that there are 3 videos for each phase. Each video lasts for 15 minutes, but they are played in 3 cycles, which means you will have to do one video for 45 minutes, once a week, and that means you will have to workout 3 times a week for 45 minutes each.
