I’ve covered everything you need to know about Talkspace and how it works, so it’s time for me to share my personal experience with the app. I’ve always had anxiety, and I’ve also taken anti-anxiety pills before, specifically Alprazolam. Though I’ve been managing my symptoms, I wanted to try an online therapist to help me cope without the use of medication.
